BIMBINGAN DENGAN IMPLEMENTASI TEORI HOLLAND TERHADAP PENENTUAN KARIR SISWA BERKEPRIBADIAN REALISTIK LULUSAN OTOMOTIF SMK WATUSALAM, PEKALONGAN Abstract This research was conducted to apply Holland theory to students of automotive graduate SMK Watusalam Kuripan Kidul, Pekalongan who feel confused in determining career. In Holland theory, individuals have different personalities. Such personality also affects the individual in determining career. Besides personality, environmental and psychological factors also play a role in Holland teoi. In this study, the client's plans in his career were not to continue his automotive department, but more to his interests.
